I’ve been looking for web services to use at plasq for certain tasks. Thought I should share as they will be handy for other small business’.

Lining up meetings

Sending out mailing lists

Surveys

  • wufoo.com – Does much more than just surveys though

  • surveymonkey.com – Needs some design help, but seems feature-full and reliable

Free or inexpensive stock photos and art

If you have other suggestions, please leave them in the comments.

There was a article The Freelancer’s Toolset: 100 Web Apps for Everything You Will Possibly Need on digg a few months back for more.

Update: Some tools here for small biz

Great list, Cris. I’ll add one,

I needed something to easily create invoices from the time I was logging in Basecamp. Nothing fit my needs so I created Simply Invoices (http://www.simplyinvoices.com). Might be of use to someone reading this :)

This is a great resource – thanks. It sort of smells like it could move in the direction of:

Lots of great resources there, too.

Thanks for the http://LetterPop.com call out. Just a heads up, we’re going to launch a new version of the site in a few weeks that should greatly improve everything.

    Best, Dave
