I borrowed a friends MOTU 828 for a couple of days.

I have put up a rough mix of my new song. Been having trouble mastering it properly so really, it must be a mix problem. I have mainly released it to get hints on what can be done to fix this.

Went to a clearance sale on Sunday and Factory Sounds in South Melbourne.

I bought a Rode NT3 Microphone for $222 (down from $399), a Behringer GI100 DI box for my girlfriends guitar playing and a 10 meter XLR cable.

I REALLY need an audio I/O box now… preferably firewire. Problem is, they are either too expensive [...]
